2 Prenatal Visits

In the first visit we will go over birth plans making sure you know everything you will be asked in the hospital so you’re prepped ahead of time. We will also cover some of the elements of birth education.

The second visit we spend a lot of time with you and your partner in your house showing you different laboring positions, getting you comfortable with which ones feel best, techniques with how to relax in between surges and more about the physiological nature of birth. We will discuss when I would come over and then when we would go to the hospital. We also briefly go over different scenarios so everyone is prepared if the birth preference does not go as planned. ie induction, epidurals, and c sections.

I am available for calls and texts any time for any questions you may have as well.

Birth!

I support you and him in prodromal labor via phone and FaceTime and when active labor hits I come over  and help you labor at home as long as we can then go to the hospital with where I am you and dads physical and emotional support and advocate. I am there throughout birth and til baby is latched and you are comfortable - this can be 5-30 hours - this is the part that is unpredictable haha.

2 Post Partum Visits

I will come for about 4 hours to help you in whatever way you need most - I do pressure point foot rubs, make sure nursing is going well, cook a meal, clean, do laundry, answer any questions, let you and hubby just chill - whatever feels the best to you for that time 💛
